My first week back after enjoying a great family vacation in Colorado. Here are my reflections at the end of a Sunday.
1. I LOVE preaching for the Western Hills Church! I can think of no place I would rather be.
2. I am blessed to work with 2 guys who are incredibly gifted and talented not only in their respective ministry areas but also as preachers.
3. Each Sunday an army of volunteers are working to create the worship atmosphere and experience. We have the best people in the world running everything from media to coffee spot to worship.
4. The elders spent time clarifying their vision for world missions today. Our elders have a heart for taking the gospel around the world.
5. Each week I am blown away by the people that God is bringing to our campus. I have conversations every Sunday with people who are in our worship for the first time and they are hungry for a place they can connect with God.
