Resources – Practically Speaking

Andy Stanley and the leadership team of Northpoint have made an amazing resource available called Practically Speaking. It is a series of podcast found on iTunes in which they discuss each of the principles found in their book 7 Practices of Effective Ministry.  Both the book and the podcast have been available for 4 or 5 years, but I run into church leaders constantly that are not aware of either resource.  If you are involved in leading a local church you would be wise to get a hold of this resource.  At Western Hills (the church where I am blessed to serve) the entire staff listened to the podcasts together.  We simply listened to one-a-week during our stafff meeting and then discussed the impact of each principle.  I am grateful to Andy and the Northpoint team for being so generous with their wisdom and insight.
